MWS AI launched Cowork, an autonomous AI agent designed to execute end-to-end office workflows across documents, spreadsheets, enterprise apps, and web portals.
The platform automates multi-step corporate tasks such as compiling monthly performance reports, verifying source records, and formatting deliverables based on company guidelines.
What it is
- Multi-application task execution. Cowork connects directly to corporate email, calendars, cloud storage, document management systems (EDMS), and CRM software.
- Reusable enterprise skills. Employees can save complex execution steps as reusable skills to share across teams. The agent retains context and user preferences across work sessions.
- On-premises deployment. Designed for strict enterprise data security standards, the system can run entirely within an isolated corporate perimeter.
- Model agnostic. Cowork does not lock organizations into a single foundation model. It supports MWS AI's proprietary Cotype model, models from other providers, or open-weight models.
- Role-based access controls. System administrators configure permissions centrally through single sign-on (SSO). The agent acts strictly on behalf of the authenticated user within their assigned access levels.
