Google is rolling out Gemini 4 Argon in Antigravity to paid Google AI Pro subscribers. The Antigravity team announced it on X on October 15, 2026. Pro users get a separate, weekly-only quota for Argon on top of their existing Gemini 3.8 Flash quota.
Argon launched on October 13. At launch, the Antigravity X account and Google's main blog named Google AI Ultra subscribers for Antigravity access. Google describes Argon as its model for complex workflows across real-world software engineering. The Antigravity team says demand has been high and it scaled capacity deliberately before the Pro rollout.
What changes
- Paid Google AI Pro subscribers can now pick Gemini 4 Argon in Antigravity.
- Only non-trial Pro subscriptions qualify. Free and Google AI Plus users do not get Argon.
- Argon works in the Antigravity App, the Antigravity CLI and IDE extensions. It is not available in the Antigravity IDE.
- Pro gets a separate, weekly-only Argon quota on top of the existing Gemini quota for 3.8 Flash, so using Argon does not use up the Flash quota.
- Google has not published how many Argon requests the weekly quota allows.
