Hardware startup Aina opened preorders for a wearable smart ring equipped with a display, microphone, speaker, and tactile action button to supervise autonomous AI agents.
The ring is designed for human-in-the-loop agent workflows and vibe coding. It displays proposed agent actions directly on the user's finger, enabling instant approval or rejection without unlocking a smartphone or switching desktop windows.
What it is
- On-finger agent oversight. Aina's custom operating system tracks user schedule, location, and application usage patterns, queuing up to three contextual suggestions and prompts for immediate confirmation.
- Contextual triggers. The device automatically anticipates daily tasks, such as scheduling ride hailing prior to regular commute departure times or drafting delay notices if a meeting conflict arises.
- Hardware specifications. Features an integrated micro-display, microphone, speaker, and central tactile button. Delivers up to 18 hours of battery life per charge across seven ring sizes with a dedicated charging dock included.
- Ecosystem integrations. Records voice notes, handles voice calls, controls media playback and Apple TV, and dynamically shifts Mac application shortcuts depending on active software windows. Ships with initial support for iOS and macOS.
- Availability. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in early 2027.
